Your Project, Managed With Care — Start to Finish

Remodeling a home is exciting, but it can also be overwhelming. There are decisions to make, timelines to manage, materials to source, and trades to coordinate. A lot of homeowners start a project with a clear vision and find themselves mired in details they didn’t anticipate, or end up with a result that doesn’t quite match what they had in mind because something got lost somewhere between the idea and the execution.

What I offer is something simpler: one person who knows multiple trades, cares about the outcome, and manages the project personally from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. No layers of subcontractors you’ve never met, no project managers who visit once a week — just direct, hands-on work by someone who’s personally invested in doing it right.

A Multi-Trade Background That Serves You

Most residential remodeling projects touch more than one trade. A bathroom remodel might involve tile, drywall, painting, and minor plumbing or fixture work. A basement finish might require framing, drywall, insulation, and finish carpentry. A kitchen refresh might include cabinet painting, backsplash tile, and drywall repairs. When you work with someone who only knows one trade, you end up coordinating multiple contractors — and every handoff is a place where things can go sideways.

My background spans painting, drywall, tile installation, and general maintenance and repair, which means I can handle most of the scope of a residential remodel personally. When specialty trade work falls outside my scope, I work with a reliable local network of licensed tradespeople and can help coordinate that piece as well.

Small to Mid-Size Projects Are My Sweet Spot

I deliberately keep my operation small because I believe the quality of work suffers when a contractor spreads too thin. I take on projects that I can personally manage and execute — typically smaller renovations, single-room remodels, and targeted improvement projects — rather than trying to run multiple large jobs at once. That focus means you get my full attention, my best work, and a project that stays on track.

The homeowners I work best with are people who care about quality, want clear communication, and prefer working directly with the person doing the work rather than going through layers of staff. If that sounds like you, we’ll probably get along well.

From Vision to Reality

One of the parts of this work I find most satisfying is helping homeowners take a vague idea — ‘I want this bathroom to feel more modern’ or ‘I’d like to open up this space a little’ — and turning it into a concrete plan they can get excited about. I’m not an interior designer, but I have a good eye for what works, what’s practical, and what’s going to look right once it’s done.

I also believe in honest, upfront communication about timelines and costs. No one likes surprises on a renovation project, and I work hard to set realistic expectations from the start and keep clients informed as work progresses.
